The Agreement: This document constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "Service User" or "Service Provider") and OneSuite Technologies regarding your use of SebaMitro.com.Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or request any service on our platform.

SebaMitro.com is an online marketplace platform that connects independent Service Providers (such as freelancers, technicians, agencies) with Service Users.

We offer a wide range of services including, but not limited to: Tutor Service (Home & Online Tuition) Home Delivery Service (Logistics & Errands) Mistri / Technician Service (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, AC repair, etc.) Digital Worker (Online tasks, data entry, and virtual assistance) Salon & Spa Booking (Home-service or salon appointments) Hotel Booking (Accommodations and reservations) Bride/Groom Service (Matrimonial matchmaking assistance) Marketplace Disclaimer: SebaMitro acts strictly as an intermediary platform.

While we perform baseline verifications, the Service Providers are independent contractors, not employees of OneSuite Technologies.

We are not directly liable for the behavior, quality, or final outcome of the services rendered by independent providers.

A. Tutor & Mistri Services Users must verify the academic credentials of Tutors or professional background of Mistris independently before deployment.SebaMitro is not responsible for any personal safety disputes or academic performance outcomes.B. Home Delivery & Digital Worker Deliveries must not include illegal, hazardous, or banned substances under the laws of Bangladesh. 🇧🇩For digital workers, clients must clearly define the scope of work.

SebaMitro is not liable for intellectual property disputes between the buyer and the worker.C. Salon, Spa & Hotel Booking Bookings are subject to the availability and individual policies of the third-party hotel or salon vendor.Any damage caused to hotel properties by the user is the sole responsibility of the user.D. Bride / Groom (Matrimonial) Service SebaMitro provides data submitted by users for matchmaking.

We do not guarantee the absolute truthfulness of users' marital, financial, or personal backgrounds.Extreme caution and background verification are strictly advised before finalizing any marital relationship.

Service Fees: Joining SebaMitro.com and browsing services is free.

However, bookings are subject to service charges and standard fees fixed by the platform or negotiated with the provider.Advance Payments: For specific services (like Hotel Booking or Premium Matrimonial packages), advance payments may be mandatory through our authorized digital payment gateways.

Refund Policy: Payments made for successfully rendered services are final and non-refundable.

If a booking is canceled due to vendor unavailability or platform glitches, a refund will be processed in the form of a SebaMitro Promo Code or original wallet balance, subject to our internal investigation timeline (usually 2-5 business days).

Users are strictly prohibited from committing the following fraudulent activities on SebaMitro.com:Providing false identity, fake phone numbers, or inaccurate billing addresses.

Circumventing our system by contacting SebaMitro providers privately to avoid platform fees.Uploading obscene, defamatory, pornographic, or politically sensitive content/biographies.Using automated scrapers, bots, or spiders to harvest user data from SebaMitro.com.

Time Limit: If a user needs to reschedule or cancel a booked service (Mistri, Tutor, Delivery, etc.), it must be completed at least 2 hours before the scheduled time slot. ⏰Cancellation Charge: Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 2-hour window will result in a Minimum Service Charge / Conveyance Fee to compensate the provider for their time and transport costs.

SebaMitro.com collects and manages user information in strict accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use Cookies to analyze web traffic, enhance system performance, and remember your service preferences for a seamless dashboard experience.

"As-Is" Basis: OneSuite Technologies provides SebaMitro.com on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis without any explicit guarantees of 100% uninterrupted uptime or zero system bugs.Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, our aggregate liability for any dispute shall never exceed the total fee actually paid by you to SebaMitro for that specific transaction.Indemnity: You agree to defend and hold OneSuite Technologies and SebaMitro harmless from any legal claims, losses, or damages resulting from your violation of these terms or misuse of the platform services.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.Any dispute or conflict that cannot be resolved amicably through our support team center (info@onesuitetech.com) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within Dhaka, Bangladesh.
