How do I book a service?
Browse a service category, choose a provider, and follow the booking or contact steps shown on their profile. Sign in or create an account when prompted.
How do payments work?
Payment options depend on the service. Some bookings use platform payment methods; others may be arranged directly with the provider as shown at checkout.
How can I register as a provider?
Go to your dashboard and select Register as provider, then choose your service category and complete the registration form.
How do I get help with my account?
Visit the Help page or email support@onesuite.app with your registered mobile number or email and a short description of the issue.
